Measuring HR has become an important topic. For many organizations, the cost of labor has become the single biggest expense. Yet too often decision-makers are at a loss as to what should be measured when they should be measured, how they should be measured, and so forth. There are a staggering number of choices of HR metrics that could be used. Yet not all HR metrics are important or are worth measuring.
