HUD's Final Rule on Fair Housing and LGBTQ

In the recent past, President Biden issued an executive order directing all federal agencies to interpret protections against discrimination based on sex to include discrimination based on sexual orientation, gender identity, and gender expression. Also, recently the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) issued a memorandum announcing its implementation of that order.
